Dilawar Hossain designed a structured business process, starting with strategic partnership and creating a technical framework for successful marine service operations. He is an expert in evaluating offshore challenges across Asia, Africa, the CIS, the Middle East, and the Americas. Dilawar excels at creating collaborative networks and developing talent across organizational, political, and geographic boundaries He earned his Master’s degree in Transpiration Economics from SUNY Maritime College in 1986.
