A seasoned mariner with over 30 years of experience, he has led global marine, logistics and project management, and pioneered in ship-to-ship offshore operations. He has built business relationships across every continent and is recognized as an expert in cost-effective emerging opportunities. Dilawar developed a structured business process, starting with strategic partnerships and creating a technical framework for successful marine service operations. He is skilled in evaluating offshore challenges across Asia, Africa, the CIS, the Middle East, and the Americas. Dilawar excels in building collaborative networks and fostering talent across organizational, political, and geographic boundaries. He earned his Master’s degree in Transportation Economics from SUNY Maritime College in 1986.
